4. Refund Policy

4.1 Standard Refunds: You may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course content. Refund requests after this period or threshold may be subject to a partial refund based on course usage.
4.2 Extended Circumstances: In the event of documented emergencies or unforeseeable circumstances, you may request an extended refund consideration up to 30 days after purchase. Decisions will be made at our sole discretion.
4.3 Process: To initiate a refund, please submit your request via our contact page with your order details. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.
4.4 No Refunds: No refunds will be granted for bundled or promotional packages once accessed beyond the 20% completion threshold, except under extended circumstances.

All course materials, including videos, written content, and downloadable resources, are owned by LuminaPathCo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
